Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial & free plan

The Starter plan is free forever for up to 15 employees, and paid plans include a free trial. No charges apply during the trial, and no card is required to start.

2. Billing cycle

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, based on the number of active employees in the period. You can add or remove employees at any time; your next invoice reflects the change.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it moves to the free Starter plan or is closed, as you choose.

4. Refunds

• Monthly fees already billed for the current period are generally non‑refundable, as the Service has been made available for that period.
• If you were charged in error, or experienced a prolonged service failure attributable to us, contact us within 15 days and we will review a pro‑rata refund or credit.
• Annual or custom Enterprise contracts follow the refund terms in their order form.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@coderxpoint.com from your registered address with your company name and invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
